Molly and Connor.....

These two little cuties were so much fun and so very sweet!  We explored the park in Stewartville and really had a great time!  I love to watch siblings and how they interact with each other.  This little girl was such a proud big sister and worked so hard to help me get her little brother to laugh and smile. Thank you and enjoy your sneak peek!

A Wedding.......

All right....for those of you that know me, you know that I am a hopeless romantic, I always get choked up at weddings, always!  My dear friend Katie asked me to photograph her wedding ceremony, I wasn't planning on photographing weddings when I started my business but these three pictures just might make me change my mind!  I love them, and they are the perfect example of what is so great about weddings.....
...the groom's face as he sees his bride walking down the aisle...
... the bride doing everything she can to hold back tears....
...and the pure joy they both have when they can finally look at one another and see their future.....great, now I am crying again!  Katie and Ben, thank you so much for asking me to be such a big part of your day, I hope you will treasure these images and always remember how felt on your wedding day!

The Hale Family

This family is one our dearest friends and they hold a special place in my photography heart in that I have been able to follow them through a good part of their life as a growing family.  From my first maternity session, my first newborn session and documenting both their kids over the last year and half has been just amazing!  I am truly honored that you allow me to do this for your family, thank you!  Enjoy your sneak peek!

Torrey....Class of 2011

When I first got into photography I wasn't sure I would get into the senior picture market but after this session, it's official....The Moments of Life is now adding senior portraits to it's list of services.  Torrey is actually my next door neighbor so I have known him for quite a while, it was so fun to be able to document him as he reaches his senior year of high school.  I hope you guys like them....I personally think they are awesome!  Enjoy!

Miss Ava turns three!

I love curly hair....I might be a tiny bit partial becuase my little boy has curly hair, but the curls on this girl are to die for!  It was so fun to see this family again, I photographed her little brother this spring and it was amazing to see how much bigger they both had gotten!

Of course we had to take some of the two of them together, and I thought this image was so sweet!

And I couldn't resist taking a few of Mister Finn....................

The Wyttenbach family farm....

When I started my business and was thinking of a business name and plan and concept and all that jazz, I kept coming back to the idea of photographing events like this. Even though the portraits of your family or children are something that you will cherish forever, the memories of something like this are what life is all about.  This family Reunion was at the family farm that had been passed down from generation to generation.  They wanted to be sure they documented this event not only for the people but also for the farm.  Walking around and photographing the family that had gathered to celebrate this farm and then studying each building and old piece of machinery, I wondered how it would all be remembered in years to come.  Then I was all choked up realizing that was my purpose there, to document something that meant so much to such a great family.  Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to make this moment something you will use to tell future generations about the history of this farm, I am honored to say the least!  Enjoy a couple of my favorites from the evening!

Little Miss Bristol

Yeah!  My first client session on the blog!  This session was so fun, even though it was super hot that day we explored this historic home and found some great spots for photos.  The big brother/little sister dynamic was so fun to watch, the two of them dancing is just priceless.  Enjoy!
